Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At The Amy Approach, we honour your commitment to professional growth. We know that life in early education can be unpredictable, so we’ve designed a flexible, fair rescheduling policy that supports both you and the integrity of our workshops.

Workshops & Events

If you can no longer attend:

We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to support you with alternatives:

  • 7+ days before the workshop:
    You’re welcome to transfer your place to another workshop date or receive a credit to use within 6 months.

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop:
    You may transfer your spot to another educator. Credits and date changes are subject to availability within this period.

  • No-shows:
    As your spot is already held, no transfer or credit can be offered. 

If We Need to Reschedule:

  • If a workshop or session needs to be moved due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be invited to:

  • Join the new date, or

  • Receive a credit for a future workshop or session. (No refunds are provided.)

1:1 Mentoring & Consulting

  • 48+ hours notice:
    You may reschedule your session once at no cost.

  • Less than 48 hours notice:
    The session is considered used. Additional bookings will require a new booking fee.

  • Missed sessions:
    No reschedule or credit is offered.

How to Make a Change
  • To transfer your booking, request a credit, or reschedule a session, please email: info@theamyapproach.com

  • Include your name and booking details, and we’ll support you through the next steps.
