4. How do I book a session? 📅
You can book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your team’s needs. From there, we schedule sessions tailored to your service. You can also book via our website, email, or phone.
5. Do you offer services after hours or on Saturdays? 🌙
Yes. Many of our services, including workshops, mentoring, and professional development sessions, can be delivered after hours or on Saturdays to suit your team’s availability.
Please note that Connected Coaching (On-the-Floor Support) is delivered during operational hours only, as it involves working alongside educators within the learning environment.
Availability and scheduling can be discussed during your free 15-minute consultation to ensure the best fit for your service.
6. Can workshops count towards professional development hours? 🎓
Yes! Workshops and coaching sessions can be used for professional development, supporting your team’s ongoing learning and compliance goals. After completion of services you will receive a certificate of completion.

9. Is this a partnership with ACECQA or EYLF? ❌
No. The Amy Approach is independent, but all workshops and coaching are aligned with ACECQA, EYLF standards, and evidence-based early childhood frameworks.
10. What is your cancellation policy? ⏰
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Last-minute changes may incur fees. Please refer to our refund policy for further information on individual services.

Many of our workshops and mentoring sessions can be counted towards professional development hours, particularly when aligned with EYLF Version 2 and inclusion-focused strategies. We provide documentation of hours for services to record.
6. Do you guarantee outcomes? ✅
While our services are designed to build confidence, capability, and stronger team practices, we cannot guarantee funding approvals (e.g., KIS applications) or specific results. Our support is guidance-based and practical, empowering educators to implement strategies effectively.
7. What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule? 🔄
We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule sessions. Travel fees or scheduling adjustments will be discussed in advance. Digital sessions can often be rescheduled more flexibly.

💳 Payment & Fees
1. How do I pay for sessions or packages?
Payments can be made via Bank transfer or PayPal Payment details are provided on your invoice once your booking is confirmed.
2. When is payment due?
Payment is due prior to the session or package commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Details will be confirmed on your invoice.
3. Can I pay for multiple sessions or packages upfront?
Yes! Many services choose to pay upfront for packages or ongoing support. This secures your booking and allows us to plan sessions to best suit your team.
4. Can I get a receipt or invoice? 🧾
Yes! An invoice will be provided for all payments and services. This can be used for reimbursement or PD record-keeping.
