Connected Coaching offers hands-on, in-the-moment support for educators and early childhood teams. Working alongside your team on the floor, we provide practical strategies to build calm, confident, and connected practice, tailored to your service’s unique needs. ✨ This service can include: ✔️ Hands-on modelling of intentional interactions, co-regulation, and play-based strategies with children ✔️ Real-time guidance for educators during challenging moments or transitions ✔️ Reflective mentoring to build confidence, self-awareness, and practical problem-solving skills ✔️Team alignment support to ensure consistent approaches across all educators ✔️Practical strategies for emotional safety and nurturing classroom environments ✔️Guidance for emerging educators implementing and linking theory into practice ✔️Support for family communication including strategies for positive, informative messaging ✔️Observation and feedback on children’s behaviour, team routines, or learning environments ✔️Environment optimisation - small adjustments to routines, spaces, or resources to improve engagement and regulation ✔️ Embedding frameworks and theory into daily practice (EYLF, ACECQA standards, attachment theory, neuroscience, co-regulation) Grounded in evidence-based theory and aligned with the EYLF Version 2 and ACECQA National Quality Standard, Connected Coaching helps all educators translate learning into everyday practice, creating environments where both children and adults feel safe, supported, and empowered. 💫 Pricing(AUD): At The Amy Approach, we provide tailored, hands-on support for educators and early childhood services. Our pricing reflects the experience, qualifications, and personalised guidance we bring to every session. Hourly: AUD $170 per hour Half-day session (3–4 hours): $450 – $799 Full-day session (5–7 hours): $850 – $1,299 🚗Travel & Additional Fees: To ensure services and teams get the most effective support, travel fees may apply for on-site sessions depending on distance and location. Fees are calculated fairly to cover travel time and expenses. All fees are discussed upfront before booking, so there are no surprises. Services will receive a custom quote that reflects travel, duration, and any additional requirements.📍
